No Refunds or Returns on Grass and Sod Policy
Thank you for choosing DFW Landscape & Dallas Sod Inc. for your landscaping needs. To ensure clarity and understanding, we would
like to inform our customers of our policy regarding grass/sod purchases.
- All Sales are Final
Due to the perishable nature of grass and sod, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or accept returns once the products have been delivered or picked up.
- Inspection at the Time of Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the grass or sod upon delivery or pickup. If there are any issues with the quality or condition of the product, please bring it to the attention of our staff immediately. We will work with you to address concerns promptly.
- Nature of the Product
Grass and sod are live, perishable products that require proper handling and care immediately upon receipt. Once in the customer’s possession, the responsibility for its care and maintenance lies solely with the customer.
- Custom Orders
Custom orders for specific grass types or sod varieties are grown or cut specifically for each customer. Therefore, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Exceptions
In the rare instance of a proven defect in the product (e.g., disease or pest infestation) that is reported at time of receipt, we may provide a resolution at our discretion, such as a replacement.
